Your privacy is important to us. It is By Worksy’s policy to respect your privacy with regard to any information about you that we may collect on the By Worksy site and on other sites we own and operate.

We ask for personal information only when we really need it to provide you with a service. We do so through fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also tell you why we are collecting it and how it will be used.

We keep collected information only for as long as necessary to provide the requested service. When we store data, we protect it using commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We do not share personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required by law.

Our site may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of those sites and cannot accept responsibility for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for personal information, understanding that we may then be unable to provide some of the services you want.

Continued use of our site will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, please contact us.

• The Google AdSense service we use to serve advertising uses a DoubleClick cookie to serve more relevant ads across the web and to limit the number of times a given ad is shown to you.
• For more information about Google AdSense, see the official Google AdSense privacy FAQs.
• We use ads to offset the operating costs of this site and to fund future development. The behavioral advertising cookies used by this site are designed to make sure you get the most relevant ads possible, by anonymously tracking your interests and showing you similar content that may interest you.
• Several partners advertise on our behalf, and affiliate tracking cookies simply allow us to see whether our customers reached the site through one of our partners’ sites, so that we can credit them properly and, where applicable, allow our affiliate partners to offer any promotion that may help you make a purchase.

User Commitment

The user agrees to make proper use of the content and information that By Worksy offers on the site, as follows, without limitation:

• A) Not to engage in activities that are illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;
• B) Not to spread propaganda or content that is racist, xenophobic, related to gambling, any kind of illegal pornography, apology for terrorism, or against human rights;
• C) Not to damage the physical (hardware) or logical (software) systems of By Worksy, its suppliers or third parties, by introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other hardware or software system capable of causing the damages mentioned above.

More Information

We hope this is clear and, as mentioned above, if there is anything you are unsure whether you need, it is usually safer to leave cookies enabled in case you interact with one of the features you use on our site.
